There were many submicron particles of iron in the iron spectrum, and the lubricating oil moisture or acid value exceeded the standard.Surface strain, ferrography found in the cutting abrasive grain, abrasive grain composition for non-ferrous metals.The inner and outer ring was fretting wear, and the spectral analysis showed that the iron concentration was abnormal, there were many iron submicron wear particles in the iron spectrum, and the moisture and acid value of the lubricating oil were abnormal.Under the condition of liquid lubrication, the sliding surface is separated by lubricating oil without direct contact, which can greatly reduce the friction loss and surface wear.
