ISUTAMI selects the proper clearance for each R Series bearing.The clearance is an important factor to determine whether the bearing can work normally.The clearance of bearing has great influence on the load distribution, vibration, noise, friction and life of bearing.Loads can be reasonably distributed between the rolling bodies.Make the bearing work normally at the required temperature and reduce vibration and noise when the bearing works. Influence of lubrication mode: the limit speed of grease lubrication bearing is lower than that of oil lubrication bearing.It must be noted that for grease lubricated bearings, the limit speed is generally only 80% of the limit speed of the bearing when a high-quality repeated circulation oil system is used, but for oil mist lubrication systems, the limit speed is generally 50% higher than the same basic lubrication system.

Bearings Influential Factors

The design and structure of the cage also affect the ultimate speed of the bearing, because the rolling body is sliding contact with the surface of the cage. The more expensive and reasonably designed cage made of high quality and low friction materials can not only separate the rolling body, but also help to maintain the lubricating film of the sliding contact area.But cheap cages, such as stamping cages, usually keep the rolls separate.As a result, they have accident-prone and distressing sliding contacts that result in lower limit revs.

In Generally, deep groove ball bearing, angular contact bearing and cylindrical roller bearing should be selected for working at higher speed.Tapered roller bearings can be used in low speed working conditions.The limit speed of taper roller bearings is about 65% of deep groove ball bearings, 70% of cylindrical roller bearings and 60% of angular contact ball bearings.Thrust ball bearing limit speed is low, can only be used for lower speed situations.
