Ball Bearings W6200 & W6300 Series
The hot fit method, which makes assembly easier by allowing the two parts to be matched at different temperatures, is suitable for any bearing size, whether straight or conical, such as W6200 or 6200 thickened deep groove ball bearings.For the reason of the required equipment, the cold mounting method is used for bearings with an outside diameter of less than 100mm as much as possible.The most commonly used method of bearing assembly is to install it in conjunction with an inner ring and a shaft interference, and to loosen the fit when the outer ring is installed with a thin line.

Ball Bearings W6200 & W6300 Series Features

Permanent bearings with an outside diameter of over 100mm must be heated throughout the bearing or bearing inner ring according to the heating method, making the inner ring easy to fit into the shaft.In the case of detachable bearings, only the inner ring needs to be heated.The bearing should be uniform heating, the highest temperature of 121 ℃.Heating bearings are: hot oil bath, hot plate, induction heater, oven.Sealed bearings should not be subjected to hot oil bath.Hot oil bath is probably the most commonly used method.

Both oil and containers should be clean.You should use the lowest quenching oil flash point at 149 ℃.The amount of oil used in the oil bath is related to the bearing volume.Insufficient heating and cooling rate increase the risk of over-heating or heating.A frame of 762mm shall be installed from the bottom.This prevents the bearing from directly contacting the higher temperature bottom and also allows the bearing to interact with any possible contamination at the bottom.In addition, bearings can be suspended from the oil bath.After the bearing oil bath is heated, its inner ring should be wiped with clean dust-free cloth before installation.Once the bearing is heated, it should be placed on the shaft immediately and locked in place.If no part of the assembly is located, or if it is not currently installed, use mounting tools to withstand the shoulder inner ring until the inner ring has cooled enough to be fastened to the shaft.If not, the inner ring deviates from the shoulder of the shaft.
