ISUTAMI SFI series internal circulation single flange ball screw assembly can be converted to linear motion rotation movement with little friction, it is composed of ball screw and ball nut with flange ball screw with circular ball bearing assembly.The interface between the ball screw and the flanged nut is made of ball bearings which are matched for spherical rolling.The threaded shaft provides a matching spiral raceway for the ball bearing, which rolls between these grooves and provides unique contact between the nut and the screw.For rolling elements, ball screw drives have very low friction coefficients and are generally more than 90% efficient, in addition to being able to apply or withstand high thrust loads.The force transferred is distributed over a large number of ball bearings, providing a lower relative load relative to each ball.They have precision tolerances and are therefore suitable for situations requiring high precision.

The ISUTAMI ball screw is an efficient feed screw that rolls between the screw shaft and the nut.Compared with the traditional sliding screw, the driving torque of this product is 1/3 or less, which makes it most suitable for saving the driving motor power.The ball nut determines the load and life of the ball screw assembly.The ratio of the number of threads in the ball nut loop to the number of threads on the ball screws determines that the ball nut will reach the point of fatigue failure (wear and tear) faster than the ball screw.

ISUTAMI SFI series internal circulation single flange nut ball screw combination of ball screw by cold rolled steel rolling process,the accuracy is C7 grade, any 300 pitch error is less than 0.05mm, axial clearance is 0-0.05. The nominal diameter (D) of the lead screw is 16-32 mm, the lead (thread pitch) is 5 mm, and the lead of the SF3210-4 with a diameter of 32 mm is 10 mm. The inner loops of nut matched with the ball screw is 3 or 4, the diameter of the circulating steel ball in the nut is 3.175mm, especially, the diameter of the steel ball of SF3210-4 is 6.35mm. The height of the flange (L1) ranges from 10 to 12 mm, the overall length of the nut (L2) ranges from 42 to 90 mm, and the width (L3) ranges from 40 to 62 mm. The integral ball screw combination has a dynamic load rating (C) ranging from 930 to 3390 kgf and a static static load (Co) ranging from 1310 to 7170 kgf.
