ISUTAMI GW round bore disc harrow bearing is a sort of agricultural bearing, generally installed in the disc harrow, which is an important accessory in agricultural machinery. The bearing is mainly composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, steel balls, a retainer, and dustproof seals. Because of the special requirements of cultivated land operations, disc harrow bearings must be able to be used for a long time in dusty and humid environments, such as the soil. And they must be able to withstand certain radial and axial pressures, so each ISUTAMI disc harrows bearing is equipped with a three-lip contact seal to keep from dirt; the bearing is made of chromium-containing steel, the surface of which is completely hardened, with excellent surface quality and high load carrying capacity. All GW round bore disc bearings are shown in inches, with metric units attached to the table, expressed in millimeters.

Disc Bearings Round Bore GW Feature

GW series round bore disc harrow bearings are available in five models. The inner bore of all models is a smooth cylinder,which can be matched with a cylindrical shaft. Like W series round bore disc harrow bearings, the outer ring of GW bearing is mostly a flat surface with chamfers on both sides, except for the third type, which is spherical. The diameter (d) of the inner ring ranges from 1.535'' to 2.7559'', and the dimensional error is between ±0.0005'' or ±0.01''. The outer diameter (D) of the bearing is 3.3465''-4.9213'', and the corresponding dimensional error is between ±0.0005'' or±0.0008''. The surface length (Be) of the outer ring is in the range of 0.866''-1.562'', and its error range is ±0.005'' or±0.006''; the length of the inner bore (Bi) ranges from 1.188'' to 2.6875'', corresponding The error range is ±0.005'' or±0.006''. Among them, the outer ring lengths of third type and fourth type are consistent with the inner ring length, and the remaining models, their outer ring lengths are smaller than the inner ring length. The inner ring length is also considered to be the overall length of the bearing. The dynamic load capacity of different sizes is different from the static load capacity. The dynamic load of the same specification is 1.5-2 times of the static load. The dynamic load range is 7350kgf-14000kgf, and the static load range is 4150kgf-8800kgf. The load data is similar to the W series round bore disk harrow bearing in the same specification. Compared with W series round bore bearings, GW series round bore bearings have larger inner ring sizes and are suitable for cylindrical shafts with larger diameters. The inner and outer rings of GW bearing are larger than the ones of W series.
