ISUTAMI W round bore disc harrow bearing is a kind of agricultural bearing. It is suitable for disc harrow part and is an important bearing accessory in agricultural machinery. The bearing is mainly composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, steel balls, a retainer, dust seals. Because of the special requirements of arable land operations, disc harrow bearings must be able to be used for a long time in dusty and humid environments such as the soil, and must be able to withstand certain external pressure, so ISUTAMI disc harrow bearings are equipped with three or more lip contact seals to prevent from dirt ; the bearing raw material is chromium-containing steel, its surface is hardened, with excellent surface quality and high load capacity. Disc Bearings Round Bore W Feature

The W series of round bore disc bearings are available in six models. The inner bore of all models is a smooth cylinder, can mate with a cylindrical shaft. Like  GW series round bore ones, the outer ring of W bearing is mostly a flat surface, except for the third type which is spherical, with chamfers on both sides of the inner and outer rings. The diameter of the inner ring(d) is in the range of 1.5005''-2.766'', and the dimensional error is±0.0005'' or±0.001''. The outer diameter of the bearing (D) is 3.1496''-4.9213'', and the corresponding dimensional error is between ±0.0005'' and±0.0008''. The surface length (Be) of the outer ring is 0.709'' to 1.562'', the error range is ±0.005'' or±0.006''; the length of the inner bore (Bi) is 1.68''-2.187'', and the corresponding error range is ±0.005'' or±.006''. Among them, the outer ring lengths of the third type and fifth type are consistent with the inner ring length, and the remaining models, their outer ring lengths smaller than the inner ring length. The dynamic load capacity of different sizes is different from the static load capacity. The dynamic load rating of the same specification is 1.5-2 times larger than the static load rating. The dynamic load range is 7340kgf-14000kgf, and the static load range is 3650kgf-8800kgf. This data is similar to GW series round bore disc harrow bearing of the same specification.
