After the spherical plain bearing is installed, the running inspection shall be carried out to check whether the installation is correct.The primary test can be rotated by hand to ensure smooth rotation.Check items due to foreign objects, scars, indentation caused by the operation is not smooth, due to poor installation, installation seat processing and the resulting torque instability, due to too small clearance, installation error, sealing friction caused by excessive torque and so on.If there is no abnormality, it can start dynamic operation.When removing the bearing for overhaul, first record the appearance of the bearing, confirm the residual stock of lubricant, and then wash the bearing after sampling the lubricant for inspection.As a cleaning agent, ordinary use of gasoline, kerosene.Disassembled bearing cleaning, divided into coarse cleaning and fine cleaning, respectively in the container, the first place on the bottom of the metal mesh, so that the bearing does not directly contact the dirty container.Coarse cleaning, if the bearing with dirt rotation, will damage the bearing rolling surface, should be noted.In crude clean oil, use a brush to remove grease, adhesion, generally clean, into fine cleaning.Rotate the bearing in the cleaning oil while cleaning it carefully.In addition, cleaning oil should always be kept clean.To determine whether the disassembled bearing can be used again, it should be inspected after the bearing is cleaned, and carefully check the state of raceway surface, rolling surface and mating surface, wear condition of cage, increase of bearing clearance, and whether there is any damage or abnormity related to the decrease of dimensional accuracy.For non-detachable ball bearings, support the inner ring horizontally with one hand and rotate the outer ring to ensure smooth operation.The bearing should be checked separately on the raceway surface of the rolling body and the outer ring. For large bearings that cannot be rotated by hand, please pay attention to the appearance of the rolling body, raceway, cage and retaining surface. The higher the importance of the bearing, the more careful inspection is required.The larger bearings cannot be rotated manually, so the power is cut off immediately after the no-load start, and the machine is idling, check whether there is vibration, noise, whether there is contact with the rotating parts, etc., and enter the power operation after confirming that there is no abnormality.From no-load low speed, slowly improve to the rated operating conditions.During the test run, check whether there is abnormal sound, bearing temperature change, lubricant leakage or discoloration, etc.If any abnormality is found, stop operation immediately and check the machine. If necessary, remove the bearing for inspection.
