When spherical plain bearing is rolling, most of the noise appears in the bearing under low speed and bearing radial load.When under radial load bearing, bearing the load and the load area, if the bearing has a certain radial clearance, the load of roller and inner raceway is not contact, but because of the action of centrifugal force may be in contact with the outer ring, therefore, under the low speed, when the centrifugal force is less than the rolling body weight, scrolling experience fall with inner raceway or bearing cage collision and to stimulate the natural vibration and noise, and have a grease lubrication easy generation, oil lubrication is not easy to produce.More likely to occur when poor quality grease is used.Winter often occurs.For the radial load only and the radial clearance is large also easy to produce.Bearings of different sizes can also be produced within a certain range and have different speed ranges.It could be continuous or it could be staccato.The forced vibration often stimulates the bending natural vibration of the outer ring, and thus produces the noise.The preload method can effectively reduce the noise and reduce the working radial clearance of the bearing after loading. The selection of good lubricants can also be improved, and the use of light rolling body, such as ceramic roller or hollow roller and other technical measures can prevent the generation of this noise.
