In order to judge whether the removed bearings can be used again, the shaft collar shall be checked after being cleaned.Carefully check the state of raceway surface, rolling surface and mating surface, wear condition of cage, increase of bearing clearance and whether there is any damage or abnormality related to the decrease of dimensional accuracy.For non-detachable ball bearings, support the inner ring horizontally with one hand and rotate the outer ring to ensure smooth operation.Excessive grease.Then it is time to change the lubricant of the bearing.Needle roller bearings lubricated with oil should be flushed with fresh oil and allowed to rotate at low speeds for a few minutes, if possible.Whenever possible, allow the oil to collect any remaining contaminants and then drain the oil.When replacing the grease of the bearings lubricated with grease, the cutter used shall avoid contacting any part of the outer spherical bearing with cotton material.Because these residual fibers may wedge between the rolling parts and cause damage, this problem is particularly noticeable in the application of small bearings.
