ISUTAMI KBSB standard linear bearing pillow block, also known as KBSB standard linear bearing unit, KBSB standard linear slide unit or KBSB standard linear case housing (unit), is a product suitable for the European market. It consists of a closed aluminum housing with 4 fixing holes and a matching KB standard linear bearing. The unit has two circlips. There are also two rubber seals (UU) at both ends of the linear bearing to prevent debris or ball bearing contamination. In addition, the aluminum casing is small and light, and has high corrosion resistance.

KBSB Linear Bearing Pillow Block Features

The KBSB standard linear housing is a closed, single-length European metric version that is fitted with a KB standard linear bearing. The KB closed bearing design allows for cost reduction by using end support shafts. The advantage of a linear bushing is that it is inexpensive to manufacture and is used in an infinite travel. When the loading ball contacts the shaft at a certain point, the bearing capacity of the bearing application is very small. High-precision horizontal movement can be obtained by rotating the ball with very little frictional resistance.

Aluminum housing size range: length (L) ranges 32-80mm; width (W) ranges 43-108mm; height (F) ranges 35-90mm; minimum item KBSB12 combination size is 32*43*35mm, maximum item KBSB40 combination size is 80*108*90mm and the product size error is between±0.02mm. The length, width and height data are larger than the KBA standard linear bearing pillow block of the same specification, which is consistent with the KBSB-AJ clearance adjustment type linear bearing. The aluminum housing has four CNC drilled holes, threaded holes and countersunk holes of the same size M5-M12. A typical CNC system consists of a linear shaft of matching diameter, with a diameter range of 12-40 mm, mounted on both ends of the shaft by two end supports, and a linear bearing with linear bearings runs along the shaft.
