ISUTAMI linear bearings, also known as linear bushing ball bearings or linear bushing bearing, consist of outer bushings, multiple rows of circulating steel balls, ball retainers and two end buckles (sealing rings), usually used in conjunction with cylindrical shafts for linear motion systems.
The linear bearing bushings are generally made of high-carbon bearing steel or stainless steel and can be rust-proofed on the surface, such as nickel electroplating. The bushing is a main component of the outer structure for the linear bearing. It is characterized by direct contact with the circulating steel ball and the bearing housing, which is an essential element of high load capacity. The bushing achieves a considerable hardness by heat treatment to ensure safety and longevity during exercise, and it is interchangeable.
