Bearing fatigue failure is a failure of the surface form, mainly manifested as fatigue crack initiation, propagation and fracture process, in the alternate under the long-term impact of the load failure of metal.Sealed sliding bearings are lubricated with a specially tested high quality lithium base grease.The grease can withstand a high temperature of 120 degrees for a short time.If the stable operating temperature reaches 70 degrees or higher, the life of the standard lithium base grease will be shortened.Special greases must be used to work frequently at high temperatures, and care must be taken to see that heat-resistant materials are used as sealing devices.The service temperature of standard contact seal shall not exceed 110 degrees.When in operation, a certain temperature is allowed at the part where the turbocharged bearing is installed. When touching the housing of the mechanism with hands, it is normal not to feel hot. On the contrary, it indicates that the temperature of the sliding bearing is too high.
