ISUTAMI ball joint is installed between the ball head and the connecting rod body to realize the mechanical connection between the ball head and the connecting rod body and the transmission of power. The driving force of the ball head part can drive the connecting rod part to move through the ball head connecting rod.An important part of the connector is the pull rod of the ball head housing and the ball head of the steering shaft in the housing. The ball head is hinged with the edge of the axle hole of the ball head housing through the ball head seat at the front of the housing. The ball head seat and the steering spindle are embedded in the hole surface groove of the ball head housing, which can reduce the wear of the ball head and improve the tensile strength of the spindle.

The heat treatment quality control of ball joint is the most strict in the whole mechanical industry.Great progress has been made in the heat treatment of spherical joints, including the research on the basic theory of heat treatment, the research on the heat treatment process and application technology, and the development of new heat treatment equipment and related technologies.No less oxidation heat treatment by using heat protective atmosphere heating instead of oxidizing atmosphere to accurate control of carbon potential, nitrogen potential controlled atmosphere heating, parts performance was improved after heat treatment, heat treatment defects such as decarburization and cracks reduce greatly, finish machining allowance reduced after heat treatment, improve the utilization rate of material and machining efficiency.Vacuum heating quenching, vacuum or low pressure carburizing, nitriding, nitrocarburizing and boronizing can obviously improve the quality, reduce the distortion and prolong the service life.Annealing of high carbon chromium bearing steel nodular annealing of high carbon chromium bearing steel is to obtain the microstructure of fine, small, uniform and round carbide particles uniformly distributed on the ferrite matrix, so as to prepare the microstructure for subsequent cold processing and final quenching and tempering.Traditional spheroidizing annealing process is slightly higher than the temperature of the Ac1 insulation with slow cooling furnace to come under 650 ℃ after air cooling.The heat treatment time of the process is long, and the carbide particles are not uniform after annealing, which affects the microstructure and properties of cold processing and final quenching and tempering.According to the transformation characteristics of supercooled austenite, an isothermal spheroidizing annealing process was developed: the austenite was rapidly cooled to a certain temperature range below Ar1 after heating, and the transformation from austenite to ferrite and carbide was completed in the isothermal process.The advantage of the process is that the heat treatment time is saved and the carbides in the treated microstructure are fine and even.Another time saving process is repeated spheroidizing annealing: cooling after it was first heated to 810 ℃ to 650 ℃, cooling after heated to 790 ℃ to 650 ℃ from air cooling.Although this process can save some time, it is difficult to operate.
