ISUTAMI LMTP pilot pattern oval flange linear bearings, also known as LMTP  pilot pattern oval flange linear ball bearings or LMTP pilot pattern oval flange linear bushing bearings. LM is the code name for the Asian series in linear bearings, T is the meaning of oval flange, and P is the shorthand for the Pilot Pattern. This series is suitable for the Asian market using metric units in Japan, Korea, Singapore, etc.

The material of LMTP pilot pattern oval flange type linear bearing bushing and steel balls is high carbon bearing steel. The ball retainer is made of metal steel, stainless steel or POM material, and the sealing ring (usually shown by U or P) is made of NBR material. The ball retainer is mounted inside the bushing together with the steel balls and sealed with the retaining ring from one side or both sides of the bushing.

Pilot Pattern Oval Flange Linear Bearing LMTP Features

The surface of LMTP pilot pattern oval flange type linear bearing is seamless and has no retaining grooves. There is an elliptical flange near one end of the bushing, and four circular connecting holes are evenly distributed in the flange, for fixing bearing. The number of ball rows of LMTP Asia series flange linear bearings supplied by ISUTAMI varies according to the bearing size, and ranges from 4 to 6 columns. Inner diameter (dr) range and tolerance, outer diameter (D) range and tolerance, length (L) range and tolerance, flange perpendicularity, maximum radial eccentricity, basic dynamic load rating (C) range, basic static load rating ( Co) range, all data is same as LMF circular flange linear bearing, LMK square flange linear bearing, LMFP pilot pattern circular flange linear bearing, LMKP pilot pattern square flange bearing and LMT oval flange linear bearing in the same specification, but some difference as follows:
Inner diameter range is 6-40mm; outer diameter range is 12-60mm; flange length (D1) range is 28-96mm; flange width (W) range is 18-70mm;
The height (H) of the flange ranges 5-18mm; the basic dynamic load rating (C) is 21-220kgf; the basic static load (Co) range is 27-210kgf.

Unlike ball bearings, the basic static load rating of the LMTP pilot pattern oval flange linear bearing is greater than the basic dynamic load rating, and as the size increases, this value gap continues to widen, even up to 2 times.

The length of the bushing portion at the flange side is smaller than the length of the bushing on the other side, and the length of the shorter side (I) ranges 5-13mm, this side has a mounting guide, and the long side length calculation formula is L-H-I. The flange is matched with the corresponding module to make the linear shaft positioning simple, and it does not need to be installed in the matching bearing pillow blocks. The installation is simple and economical. The use of flange linear bearings reduces the overall weight of the linear bearing assembly and provides smoother operation.
