The rigid couplings is a cylindrical mechanical part on the rotating shaft, which is an integral part of the sliding bearing.Generally speaking, the rigid couplings and bearing block adopt interference fit, and adopt clearance fit with the shaft.The rigid couplings is generally used with the bearing. Rigid Coupling Features

The bearing temperature is too high, the quality of the lubricating oil does not meet the requirements or deterioration, the viscosity of the lubricating oil is too high;The assembly of the mechanism is too tight, and that of the turbocharged bearing is too tight;The bearing seat ring rotates on the shaft or in the shell;Excessive load;Sliding bearing cage or rolling body cracked etc.The bearing is allowed to have a slight running noise during operation. If the noise is too loud or there is abnormal noise or crash sound, it indicates that the bearing is faulty.The noise of sliding bearing is caused by the wear of inner and outer rings of bearing.Due to this kind of wear and tear, the matching relationship between the bearing and the housing and the turbocharged bearing and the shaft is damaged, which results in the axis deviating from the correct position and generates abnormal sound when the shaft moves at high speed.When the bearing fatigue, its surface metal peeling, will also make the bearing radial clearance increase abnormal sound.In addition, the lack of sliding bearing lubrication, the formation of dry friction, and bearing crushing will produce abnormal sound.Bearing wear loose, loose cage damage, will also produce abnormal sound bearing damage.
