Standard Linear Bearing LM
ISUTAMI LM standard linear bearings, also known as LM standard linear ball bearings or LM standard linear bushing bearings. LM is the code name for the Asian metric series in linear bearings, and is mainly used in Asian markets like Japan, Korea, and Singapore, etc.

The material of LM standard linear bearing bushing and steel balls is high carbon bearing steel. The linear bushing is produced from a solid steel outer cylinder and incorporates an industrial strength resin retainer. The ball retainer is made of steel or synthetic resin POM material. The retaining ring (usually represented by U or P) is made of NBR.

Standard Linear Bearing LM Features

The ball retainer is mounted inside the bushing together with the balls and sealed from one or both sides of the bushing with a sealing ring.
The outer bushing surface of the LM standard linear bearing is completely seamless and has outer stop grooves near each end. LM Asian metric series linear bearings supplied by ISUTAMI:
The number of ball rows varies according to bearing size changes, ranging from 4-6 columns;
The inner diameter (dr) range is 3-60mm, and the inner diameter tolerance range varies with the inner diameter, which is mainly divided into -0.008~0mm, -0.009~0mm, -0.01~+0mm, -0.012~+0mm, -0.015~0mm;
The outer diameter (D) range is 7-90mm, and the outer diameter tolerance range varies with the outer diameter, which is mainly divided into -0.009~0mm, -0.011~0mm, -0.013~0mm, -0.016~0mm, -0.019~ 0mm, -0.022~0mm;
The length (L) range is 10-110mm, and the length tolerance range varies with length, and is mainly divided into three intervals of -0.12~0mm, -0.2~0mm, -0.3~0mm;
The maximum radial eccentricity is divided into five grades of 0.008mm, 0.012mm, 0.015mm, 0.02mm and 0.025mm according to the bearing size;
The basic dynamic load rating (C) ranges from 7 to 480 kgf (basic rated life is 50 km);
The basic static load rating(Co) range is 11-1020kgf (basic rated life is 50km);
The date is consistent with KB standard bearings of the same specification.

LM standard linear bearings are generally mounted to SMA standard linear bearing pillow blocks, SMA-S short linear bearing pillow blocks, and SMA-L long linear bearing pillow blocks with linear shafts.

Unlike normal ball bearings, the basic dynamic load rating of LM standard linear bearings is less than the basic static load rating, and as the size increases, this value gap increases significantly, up to 3 times the maximum.
