SLM super standard linear bearing can be replaced by LM standard linear bearing, generally mounted to SMA standard linear bearing pillow blocks

The basic dynamic load rating of SLM super standard linear bearings is greater than the basic static load rating, this is different from ordinary LM linear bearings, and the difference between the two loads varies significantly with size. In terms of weight, because the main structure uses POM engineering plastics, the weight is smaller than ordinary LM linear bearings of the same specification. Moreover, its moving life is 27 times that of ordinary LM series.
In addition, the ball plate of the SLM super standard linear bearing is convex, which can provide the pivot point in the center. The pivot point can automatically adjust the bearing by 1°. This performance can compensate the inaccurate machining of the base point, reduce the installation time as well as installation costs.
