ISUTAMI SSW super standard linear bearings, also known as SSW super standard linear ball bearings or SSW super standard linear bushing bearings. S is the abbreviation of super,and SW is the code name of the inch series. It is normally applied in the markets of the UK and other British Commonwealth of Nations.

The SSW super standard linear bearing body is composed of POM resin holder, high carbon bearing steel balls and high carbon steel ball plates. The sealing ring is on one side or both sides of the bushing (usually marked with P or U in the model).

Super Standard Linear Bearing SSW Features

The size parameters of SSW super standard linear bearings are consistent with the same specification of SW standard linear bearings, but there are some differences:
The inner diameter (dr) ranges from 1/2'' to 2'';
The outer diameter (D) ranges from 0.875'' to 3'';
The length (L) range is 1.25''- 4'';
The basic dynamic load rating (C) ranges from 104 to 1102kgf, which is 2-3 times that of the SW standard linear bearing;
The basic static load (Co) range is 132-1377kgf, which is larger than the SW standard linear bearing.

SSW super standard linear bearings are generally installed in SWA standard linear bearing pillow blocks, SWA-L long type linear bearing pillow blocks, SWB standard linear bearing pillow blocks and SWB-L long type linear bearing pillow blocks, set with linear shafts. It can be replaced by SW standard linear bearings.

The basic dynamic load rating of SSW super standard linear bearings is greater than the basic static load rating. In weight, because the main body frame is made of POM engineering plastic, the weight is smaller than ordinary SW linear bearings of the same specification. Moreover, its moving life is 27 times that of ordinary ones with the same specification.

In the linear motion, because of SSW series special structure of the retainer and bushing, the rated dynamic load capacity is excellent, and its own light weight makes the running friction resistance small, so the running noise is small, and the operation is smoother. It can also operate at higher speeds within low drive power, can save a lot of energy. This powerful load capacity enables the use of small components to achieve normal operation and reduces material costs.

In addition, the ball plate of the SSW super standard linear bearing is convex, which can provide the pivot point in the center. The pivot point can automatically adjust the bearing by 1°. This performance can compensate the inaccurate machining of the base point, reduce the installation time as well as installation costs.

SSW super standard linear bearings can be applied in high-performance automation equipment, industrial robots, electrical equipment, measuring instruments and so on.
