SWB-L Linear Bearing Pillow Block Features
The SWB-L long linear housing is a closed, double length inch version that is fitted in the housing with two linearly aligned SW standard linear bearings or SSW super linear bearings. The closed bearing design of the housing allows for cost reduction by using the end support shaft. The advantage of a linear bushing is inexpensive to manufacture and used in an infinite stroke. When the loading ball contacts the round shaft at a certain point, the bearing capacity of the bearing application is very small. High-precision horizontal movement can be obtained by rotating the ball with very little frictional resistance.

. The aluminum housing has four CNC drilled holes, tapped holes and countersunk holes of the same specification with a diameter (S) ranging from 3.94 to 7.16 mm.
A common CNC system consists of a linear shaft with a diameter of 12.7-38.1 mm. Two supports are mounted on both ends of the shaft, and a linear bearing housing with linear bearings runs along the shaft. Most CNC machines have two such components mounted side-by-side, using a housing as a stand to support the mobile platform. The housing can be mounted from above or below, making it easy to install into the intended system. Positioning and accuracy enhancement is facilitated by being used as a side aspect of the datum.
