ISUTAMI SWB-OP open linear bearing pillow block, also known as SWB-OP ope linear bearing unit, SWB-OP open linear slide unit or SWB-OP open linear case housing (unit), OP is the abbreviation of open. This is a product for the imperial unit market. It consists of an open cylindrical aluminum casing with four fixing holes and a matching SW-OP open linear bearing or a matching SSW-OP super open linear bearing. The unit has two circlips. There are two rubber seals (UU) at both ends of the linear bearing to prevent debris or ball bearing contamination. In addition, the aluminum casing is smaller and lighter, and the aluminum housing surface can be oxidized for greater corrosion resistance.

SWB-OP Linear Bearing Pillow Block Features

The SWB-OP open type linear bearing housing is a single length inch version. It is fitted with an SW-OP open linear bearing or an SSW-OP super open linear bearing. The advantage of a linear bushing is cheaper to manufacture and can be used in an infinite stroke. When the loading ball contacts the shaft at a certain point, the bearing capacity of the bearing application is very small. So high-precision horizontal movement can be obtained by rotating the ball with very little frictional resistance.

Aluminum housing size range: length (L) ranges 38.1-120.65mm; width (W) ranges 53-152.4mm; height (F) ranges 28.7-92.07mm; minimum item SWB8OP (supporting SW8OP open linear bearing or SSW8OP super open linear bearing), the combined size is 38.1*53*28.7mm, and the combined size of the largest item SWB32OP (supporting SW32OP open linear bearing or SSW32OP super open linear bearing) is 120.65*152.4*92.07mm. The aluminum housing has four CNC drilled holes, tapped holes and countersunk holes of the same size (S) range of 3.96-10.34mm.

The typical CNC system includes the matching STBR shaft support rail, linear bearing opening angle (θ) of the SWB-OP open linear bearing case housing is constant at 60°, the diameter range is 12.7-50.8mm, and the bearing housing opening faces the shaft support rail.
