2.Mould structure analysis the mould is produced on the injection machine with ejection mechanism, and the mould cover template and middle pallet are respectively fixed on the upper and lower bracket of the press by connecting strip; The mandrel fixing plate is fixed on the heating plate under the press. The mould is injected and pressed into glue by the injection machine in the closing state, so that the product produced has small glue edge, and the product compactness, appearance quality and dimensional accuracy are fully guaranteed.

3. When the die is closed in the working process, the half-die is opened first, and the cover template and middle template of the die are suspended on the upper and lower brackets of the press respectively; The mandrel fixed plate and the bottom plate are pushed out to the correct ejection position of the press together with the lower heating plate of the press. The skeleton A is positioned through its notch and the raised part on the mandrel; Skeleton B, C and D are positioned through their outer edges and mold cavity at the bottom of the mold. 

The fixed plate of core die and the bottom plate are pulled into the press together with the heating plate under the press, and one die is pressed for vulcanization. In the process of mold opening, the mold falls with the heating plate under the press, the cover template and the middle template are opened separately and suspended on the upper and lower brackets of the press, the core mold fixed plate and the bottom template fall into place together with the heating plate under the press, and are pushed out to the correct ejecting position of the press. Starting the ejection device, the ejector rod jacks up the bottom template to make the product and core mold come out and take out the product. After removing the remaining glue edge on the mold, the jacking device is carried out. The press plate of the jacking device is pressed under the bearing, forcing the bottom template to return to its position to complete a work cycle.
