Self-aligning ball bearings:

There are two rows of steel balls, two races on the inner ring, and the outer ring raceway is an inner spherical type with self-aligning performance. It can automatically compensate for the coaxiality error caused by the deflection of the shaft and the deformation of the casing. It is suitable for supporting the seat hole and cannot guarantee the coaxiality of the components. This kind of bearing is mainly subjected to radial load. It can withstand a small amount of axial load while being subjected to radial load. It is usually not used to withstand pure axial load. For example, it can withstand a pure axial load and only one row of steel balls is stressed.

Application: Self-aligning ball bearings are suitable for heavy loads and impact loads, precision instruments, low noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, metallurgy, rolling mills, mining, petroleum, paper, cement, sugar and other industries and general machinery.

Spherical roller bearing:

It has two rows of rollers, mainly used to withstand radial loads, and can also withstand axial loads in either direction. This kind of bearing has high radial load capacity, especially suitable for working under heavy load or shock load, but can not bear pure axial load; good self-aligning performance can compensate for coaxiality error.

Application areas: paper machine, speed reducer, railway vehicle axle, rolling mill gear box seat, rolling mill roller table, crusher, vibrating screen, printing machinery, woodworking machinery, various industrial speed reducers, vertical with seated self-aligning bearings .
