For a radial ball bearing with normal technical state, the inner and outer ring raceways shall be free of flaking and severe wear marks, and shall be a bright circular groove; all balls shall be kept circular, with no spots, cracks and peeling on the surface; The cage is not loose, not broken, and not worn. When using a hand-held inner ring and the other hand quickly pushes the outer ring to rotate, it is required to rotate smoothly. Only the slight sound of the ball rolling on the raceway is heard, no vibration; when stopping, it should be gradually decelerated, and there is no backward phenomenon after stopping. The normal centripetal ball bearing has a gap between the inner and outer rings and the rolling elements of 0.005-0.010 mm. When the inner and outer rings are swayed in the radial direction, no gap should be felt. The used bearing can be held by hand with the inner ring swaying a few times in the axial direction. When the outer ring and the ball have obvious sound, the matching clearance exceeds 0.03mm and should not be used any more.
(2) Identification of tapered roller bearings
After the bearing is used, check whether the rolling element and the inner ring raceway are peeled off, whether the retaining frame is too loose, whether the front and rear edges of the inner ring are intact, and whether the outer ring raceway has cracks. After the inner ring and roller assembly are loaded into the outer ring, the roller should fall into the middle of the raceway, and the forward displacement should not exceed 1.5 mm. One of them is unqualified, that is, it cannot be used.
(3) Identification of spherical roller bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings
The outer ring of this type of bearing is separable. In the normal state, the inner and outer ring raceways and rollers should be free of breakage, pitting and deep wear marks; the cage should be free of deformation and can gather the rollers on the inner ring; the inner and outer ring raceways and rolls The matching clearance of the child should not exceed 0.06 mm.
(4) Identification of thrust ball bearings
In the normal state, the two raceways should be free of flaking and severe wear, the balls should be free of breakage and pitting; the cage should be free of deformation, not touching the two raceway washers, and the balls are firmly gathered together.
