It is more difficult to deal with the problems caused by imported high-precision bearings during operation. Because of improper handling, it will cause damage to imported high-precision bearings, and its life will be shortened. So how can we ensure its stable operation? Below we will briefly introduce some of the information in this regard.
Generally speaking, we should pay attention to the following points from the perspective of the use of imported high-precision bearings:
1. Imported high-precision bearing clearance should be appropriate, too large to produce impact, too small, poor lubrication, may cause damage.
2. Imported high-precision bearings and journal surface quality and geometry should be strictly guaranteed.
3. Improve the lubrication quality of imported high-precision bearings, control their pressure and temperature, and strengthen cleaning and filtration.
4. Lubricate with a specified lubricant.
We know that in the rolling imported high-precision bearings in imported high-precision bearings, the ferrules and rolling elements of imported high-precision bearings are repeatedly subjected to high contact pressure, and at the same time, rolling contact is accompanied by sliding. Today is mainly to check the rolling sound, vibration and temperature of imported high-precision bearings. We will explain this in more detail in future articles.
The first is to identify and inspect according to the sound of imported high-precision bearing rolling.
We can use a sounder to check the size and sound quality of the imported high-precision bearing rolling sound. Because imported high-precision bearings emit abnormal sounds and irregular sounds even if they are slightly peeled off, they can be distinguished by the sounder, which can prevent them in advance.
Secondly, the high-precision bearing is imported to vibrate at work to identify the inspection.

For example, peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, abrasion, etc. are reflected in the vibration measurement of imported high-precision bearings. The specific case of the abnormality cannot be inferred by the frequency division. The measured values differ depending on the conditions of use of imported high-precision bearings or the installation position of the sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
Finally, it is checked according to the temperature of imported high-precision bearings.
The temperature of imported high-precision bearings can be presumed based on the temperature of the imported high-precision bearing outdoor surface. If the oil hole can directly measure the temperature of the imported high-precision bearing outer ring, it is more suitable.
Usually, the temperature of imported high-precision bearings rises slowly with the start of operation, and reaches a steady state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of imported high-precision bearings varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation parts are suitable, the imported high-precision bearing temperature will rise sharply, and abnormal high temperature will occur. At this time, it is necessary to stop the operation and take necessary precautions. Based on a large number of test data, Table 4-1 lists the average value of the outer ring temperature during operation of imported high-precision bearings in various machines for reference. Since the temperature is affected by lubrication, speed, load, and environment, the values in the table only indicate the approximate temperature range. The thermal sensor can be used to monitor the working temperature of the imported high-precision bearing at any time, and automatically alarm the household when the temperature exceeds the specified value or stop the occurrence of the burning shaft accident.
