Deyuan Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd was Founded in 1986, with a total of 165 employees. The annual production capacity are 7 million mounted units, 200 million ball bearings and spherical plain bearings. LDK is the private brand of Deyuan. The featured products are Insert Bearings, Mounted Bearings, Spherical Plain Bearings and Rod Ends. They can be made of bearing steel, chromium steel, stainless steel, reinforced engineering plastic, etc. And the bearing inner bore size ranges from 10mm to 140mm, including inch and metric series. Besides, the factory can also manufacture air handling bearing (HVAC), Solid-Lube bearings, PTFE lined spherical plain bearings and other bearing products with special structures.
For quality management, the factory has all kinds of bearing inspection equipment, with fatigue life, noise and vibration, load capacity comparison and tensile strength and salt spray testing capabilities.
